Product: HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One Printer

Hello, I recently signed up for HP Instant Ink, but I have not received my Welcome Kit. According to my USPS Informed Delivery tracking status, the package was marked as "Delivered to mailbox" yesterday. However, I requested delivery to my front door, and there is absolutely nothing in my mailbox. I have searched my property and waited over 24 hours, but the package is completely missing. I have already filed a search request with USPS, and the virtual assistant on the HP website was unable to help me. Can an HP Support Agent please contact me via private message so I can safely provide my account details and request a replacement welcome kit? Thank you!
