I have a HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer. After checking, it is said from the HP website that it is eligible for Instant Ink enrollment. However, after I started the enrollment and following all the right steps, at the last step, the website told me that it is not eligible for instant ink enrollment. I am wondering what was the problem and how to solve it. Thanks.

The exact wording is:

This printer is no longer eligible for re-enrolment in the Instant Ink program. You may contact HP Instant Ink Support for further assistance.

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

 

According to this page, this model printer is eligible for Instant Ink. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

If the issue persists,
