Product: Deskjet 2721

I just bought a used printer from eBay and it did not come with any cartridges. Now, I wanted to sign up for the Instant Ink program but one of the steps requires a code that can only be printed out (Print Info Page). But since I do not have any Ink I cannot do that. Is there any other way to get the code without printing or will I need to order the normal cartridges just to print out a code for Instant Ink?
