I WAS SUBSCRIBED TO RECEIVE INK CARTRIDGES. MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRED. HP SHUT OFF MY ABILITY TO PRINT ASKING THAT I UPDATE CREDIT CARD. I DID UPDATE CREDIT CARD. STILL PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT. IT IS CONNECTED TO WIFI. TROUBLESHOOTING TOLD ME MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRED AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO CALL THEM. THIS IS MY ONLY OPTION TO GET MY PRINTER UP AND RUNNING. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA?

There is not any reason you would be prevented from doing that.
It is true that the support center might not be open all days and all hours.
Please contact Instant Ink Support during business days and hours available in your region.
