Operating System: iOS

Hi I've signed into my instant ink account but all it shows is my details but I'm trying to get on where I can change my debit card details but I've tried everywhere and there is no way I can it doesn't even show a status page please can anyone help has soon going to run out of ink and need it as working from home thank you in advance
