Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.
If you have Wi-Fi Direct enabled, please disable the Wi-Fi Direct. On the printer control panel, touch the HP wireless direct icon (), or navigate to the Network Setup or Wireless Settings menu and touch Wireless Direct, and then turn off the connection.
You may try these steps -
1) In the search box, type "Printers & Scanners".
2) Click on your printer from the list.
3) Click on "Manage".
4) Click on "Printer Properties".
5) Click on "Security" tab.
6) Click on "Deny" for Print option under "Permissions for Everyone".
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
