Hello,
yes, I bought a HP Envy Photo 7800 series printer. It came with two inks - the pink and black one. I've had it for maybe a year now? But have not used the cartridges until recently. ONLY the pink cartridge works , not the black one. The message of "remove and reinstall ink cartridge" keeps popping up when I insert the black cartridge.

It is clearly a cartridge issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/replacement ink.

Support is impossible, 40 minutes for no help and then forgets about me. It says my cartridges need enrollment but there's no way to replace them. I've been on chat for another 30 minutes and now they're asking me to call support, it's not their department.
If covid is affecting call centers so badly, why not hire more chat support??

I have a HP Photosmart 2575 All-In-One which was working fine and all of a sudden I am getting the message "The printer is not connected"; so neither the printer or the scan work, though the photocopier does.
I have tried to reset it, disconnected and connected again, did another download to no avail.
Any suggestions please? I really need the printer/scanner to work ASAP!

I have this same message and have tried reinstalling the cartridge, powering on and off and in plugging it also cleaning the contact points. Nothing works. I also have instant ink and since I hardly use this printer anymore, I had been on the free program, but now started being charged $3.19 and I haven't used the printer since it won't print.
