Could anyone help with this conundrum please?
Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge...
Its not happened before. I’ve tried reinstalling, various ways to turn the printer on and off and had a look at the terminals. All to no avail.
The printer cartridge had been working perfectly up to now. Unfortunately I don’t have a spare.
Please could you assist in this matter.
Also, as it’s the colour cartridge which is playing up, will I be able to print monochrome documents?

You can try the steps from this document HP DeskJet, ENVY, OfficeJet Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors.
Also, if the cartridge is in warranty you can contact HP Support for replacement ink.
And yes, you can use the black ink cartridge in single-cartridge mode to print monochrome documents. Refer to the document HP Inkjet Printers - Printing with One Ink Cartridge for help.
