I have had this subscription for 2 years. I pay but I think I received ink from HP once. When I first needed them, there were supply chain issues due to Covid. Fine. I had to buy my own ink. Then, I got messages from HP b/c I did that. I want to cancel this basically useless service and get my printer back. How do I do this?
