Updated billing details 5 times but I am still receiving emails to advise me to update billing details. Contacted HP support was told there was a problem with my card & asked me to contact my bank. Contacted my bank no problems at all with my card my bank said HP Instant Ink haven’t even attempted to take the payment. Contacted HP support again & they advised me to use PAYPAL account, I don’t have a PAYPAL account.
