Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i clicked on my account and wanted to update my plan and when i click on update plan nothing happens, how can get this resolved?

Also i have a HP EnVY 7460 and i cant connect to web services and have in the past. But i only have T-Mobile home wifi.
