On March 26th HP instant ink stopped syncing with my Envy 4520. Nothing changed at my end but my instant ink black cartridge has dried up and I need another one. Looks like Web Services has stopped or is not working on my printer and this is needed in order for HP instant ink to recognise that I need a new black cartridge.
If I turn the router off and on HP syncs with the printer briefly as the router comes back up which makes me think its a router issue?
Has anyone see this issue before? I've gone to the my printer local web page (192.168.1.122) and web services does not respond. What can I do to get HP instant ink to recommence talking to my HP printer please
(yes I've turned everything off/on lots of times).

There was a recent problem with the Instant Ink server but I was told it has been fixed.
