I recently reset the printer HP Envy 5020 due to some issues with the printer going offline.

 

I have connected it to my wifi with no issues. However, the printer will no longer connect to my instaink subscription. (cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in the hp instaink).  Prior to the reset i have had the printer operating for over 6 months without any issue. 

 

I can connect to the EWS no problem(it does state that instaink is disabled), on the instaink website it shows the printer is online but the refresh button says it is unable to connect to the printer right now. try again later.

I have reset the printer and my router. I've also followed countless user guides but nothing will get the printer printing again.

Can anyone help I really need to print something by latest tomorrow morning?

@Ellesha Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support and we appreciate your patience.

That said, I recommend you click here to turn off the web service when done successfully, go ahead and click here to turn on the web services, and check if it works,

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
