Product: Envy Photo 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Message: "Printing in single cartridge mode. Your printer may come with one cartridge. You may add the other one at any time."

There are TWO 64/303 CRARTRIDGES installed. Printer not recognizing the color cartridge. What to do? These are the first ink on the INSTANT INK PROGRAM.

Problem solved:  Can't believe my daughter forgot to take the strip off before installing the color. She did on the black. Sometimes it is a simple fix, once you know what is going on.
