How can i do a Factory Reset?

I've lost the EWS password and i cannot connect to the printer. I've try with usb cable and with soft reset but i haven't solved.

How can i do an hard reset?

Hi,

First ensure the printer is up to date with the latest firmware, run the utility with the printer connected to your computer with a USB:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/dj3630/DJ3630_R1839A.exe

 

Once completing the printer update click the top envelop icon to access private messaging, I have sent you a private message.
