Just bought a new ENVY 7155. After several hours I finally got it working but I am having several problems I would like some help with:
Device Status says Out of Paper when it has paper. Fortunately I can still print, copy, and scan. Yes, I have rebooted and replugged several times.
I am connected to my PC with a USB connectiion. How to I stop the blue wireless icon from blinking.
Last is the fact that the Home Screen is not working very well. Nothing happens when I press the icons at the top of the page. At least I assume they are not there for decoration..
Can't get out of some pages like the Help page.
Is the question mark the only icon that is lighted at any one time? And by pressing it is the only way to get to the Home page (which is the copy and scan page)?
When I want to copy or scan I have to press the icons 4-8 times to get action. Same with the b&W and Color icons.
I have not been able to find a video that explains how to use the Home page and the icons.
Thanks.

Hi @JW142,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are getting out of paper error with your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
And here are a few steps in the link: 'Out of Paper' Displays
The wireless light is blinking if there is an open wireless network available. You may turn off the wireless feature from the control panel to stop the blue light from blinking.
You may also check this link to check the control panel buttons: Control Panel Features
If the issue still persists, please contact HP phone support from this link: www.hp.com/contacthp
You may select the country and type the product# of the unit and then follow the on-screen instructions to contact HP phone support.
You have a good day ahead.

I was told on the phone that that this "out of paper" bug is due to a miscommunication between the printer and the MAC OS "HIGH SIERRA." Allegedly, they're working on a fix. Have you heard anything like this?
