Hi,

my printer after switching on stops on trying to print (for hrs) the alignment page and the control panel never gets ready (so this I can't select the factory reset).

I cannot use the control panel and there is no way to delete the procedure (even using the pc).

I can print but at the end it starts tryin again to produce the alignment page. The scanner doesn't work at all.

I have updated the driver and changed the cartdrige but i got no success.

Once I try to update the firmware the printer window says "busy" .

Hi,

Tk you very much for the response.

I didn't find any msg about reset procedure... I found the way to get the hidden menu and operate the factory reset. Since the control panel never gets ready (always trying to print...)

It's impossible to go on resetting. 

I hope you have other suggestions.
