As the thread title suggests, I have an officejet 6500A Plus with error code 0x61011bed.   The printer is out of warranty, but has worked well until a few days ago.

I have tried the suggested powering down, removing the power cable from both the printer and the wall socket, but to no avail.  I have also tried replacing the whole set of inks.

I understand there is a resent process I can be sent, as a last gasp effort to rescussitate the printer.  Could someone please send me the code, or any other suggestions they may have to save this fantastic little printer.

Many thanks.  :womanhappy:
