MY PRINTER DOES NOT PRINT DOCUMENTS FROM MY COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE. I HAVE IT SET UP WIRELESS BUT WHEN I OPEN CONTROL PANEL THE DEVICE ON COMPUTER IT SHOWS UP AS DEFAULT AND PRINTING PREFERENCES HAVE A LITTLE LOCK SYMBOL ON PRINTING SHORTCUTS. HOPE I MAKE SENSE. PLEASE HELP

• Is the Wireless light on your Officejet currently solid, flashing, or OFF?
In the meantime, let's try running the HP Print and Scan Doctor Tool. Please click here to download the Tool. Once the download is complete run the Print and Scan Doctor to 'Fix Printing.' Should any driver, software, or connection conflicts be found the HP Print and Scan Doctor Tool will attempt to resolve those conflicts. Once the Tool is complete test printing.
Feel free to click on the "Accept as Solution" and the "Thumbs Up" if this helped.
