Hello, and Help!
I am trying to scan documents to my Mac Book Pro laptop and each time I have tried the attempt has been unsuccessful. I have tried unplugging the printer, unplugged the wifi modem, reset my verification code and nothing is working. I have set up the printer from my email address to send to myself using the exact same email address - is this the problem? The message repeatedly says: " The scan failed. Try again or touch exit o quit"

Which application are you using to scan?
Which version of macOS is installed?
Are you able to scan to your MAC instead of scan to email?
