When I print a document using wifi or copy a page, the result is a blank page. I tried updating firmware and the device is up to date. I have all new cartridges. I cleaned, aligned, etc. and the printer does not print.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, this could be an issue with the printhead of the printer.
please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
