I keep on getting this message and I can't do anything else - I have cleaned the rollers, there is no paper blockage and this is what I get message: "load paper into the input tray, and then press OK" I have turned the machine on and off so many times, I have lost count. I have also updated all firmware.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
