When I try to print or copy, it says "Ink Cartridges Problem: Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge (black ink)." I've tried cleaning with q-tips. I've replaced it with a brand new ink, hp 63, which I double checked is compatible with HP OfficeJet4655. I've made sure the plastic film cover is off. I've made sure that it's properly placed inside. I've updated the printer to its most recent firmware after connecting with wi-fi. The black ink cartridge is full, brand new. I've tried it with two brand new ink cartridges, both show this message. Just weeks before when I first put in this black and color ink cartridges, it did a practice run, and printed very well. But now nothing will make this message go away. Please help.
