LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello Experts I have a LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw.

I set it up for job storage and have a user that sends jobs to the printer.

Is there a way to print all the jobs sent to the printer at one time for that user.

Sometimes the user could have up to 50 job and this makes the printing cumbersome.

Then you are out of luck for this one.  Sounds like the M426 does not support the requested functionality.

Atleast you know that some models do support this feature if you ever want to swap models in the future.  I would look for something that has the "Retrieve from Device Memory" feature in the User Guide for the best chance of success.  The HP User Guides do not specifically list the print All Jobs (With Passwords) feature so this is the best clue we have unless you can demo the model before you purchase one.

Yes.

On the printer Job Storage feature there should be an option for All Jobs (With Password).  Click this button instead of the regular individual print jobs, enter the password and then click the button for Retrieve from Device storage.  The printer will then release all of the jobs for that userID with the matching password you provided.

More specific steps for your printer model can be found in the User Guide:

Is this on the printer control panel or printing preferences?

I am not seeing this option.

Take some pictures of the control panel and the options you are seeing for the Job Storage/Retrieval feature.  Attach your pictures to the thread and we will review the options for your model with you from there.
