Does anyone have an HP LaserJet printer that beeps every time a print job is sent?
More specifically, does anyone have an HP LaserJet 3390 AIO that beeps once or twice every time a print job is sent to it?

Printers usually do not have speakers on them. The beep is likely coming from something else in the area of the printer like an Uniterupted Power Supply (UPS).
Suggestions here about UPS:
Try plugging the printer directly into the wall socket or a wall socket that is not connected to UPS.
Also if UPS is involved then check the specs and make sure you find one that can support the laserjet:
