Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The device is totally out of order ("dead" and there is no movement) only in the display is "Error Code 0XB8000530" or other codes all starting with 0XB and sometimes "NOS LOADER APP" and I have already tryed the suggestions in the community. But every time I get an erro code.

You need to review your cartridges and printheads.  One, the other or both are bad.  Swap out or clean the parts in this area until the problem is resolved.

The cartridges are in the rest position (in the right) and can't be moved.

If your printer will not allow you to access the printer cartridges after performing the steps then it is bricked and should be serviced or replaced.

 

Contact HP to leverage any remaining warranty support you may have.  If not then contact a local HP repair tech for a quote.  I normally suggest that if the quote atleast half the cost of the printer then replace it with a new one.  These little inkjets are not made to last so dont spend too much time or money troubleshooting the problem.

"These little inkjets are not made to last so dont spend too much time or money troubleshooting the problem." So I bought a new officejet. The strange thing is that the cost of a new printer is less thenn the costs of a year cartridges. The concept of HP is not sustainable!!
