There is usually a report somewhere on the control panel that can print this information for you.  Check under Setup > Reports > Usage Page.

If not then connect the printer to a network and access the Embedded Web Server.  There is a reporting area here that can dispaly the Usage information too.  Should be available from the home page under the Information Tab > Usage Page.  No login required to see this information.

the sreen on this printer doesn't give you those tabs to chose from. I'm wondering if it is lock so that I can't access that info.

If you are referring to the EWS then it is possible that an administrator has removed the usage page from public view.  You would need to contact the Admin and request they send you this inforamtion or open the report to the public if that is the case.

Otherwise access to the printers control panel should not be restricted to admin users for this report.  Ask a user to walk up, print off the report and then scan/send it to you if you do not have physical access to the printer yourself.

You can try to snap some screenshots or pictures with a smartphone/camera and attach them to the thread if you would like us to help you review the various menus you can see with your permissions.  Perhaps you are overlooking something.

You wouldn't happen to know what the service access code for this printer is?

HP Recommended

Nope.  You would need to talk to your print administrator or someone with access to a Service Manual for that one.

Service access codes are normally only needed by service technicians when swapping part and performing diagnostics.  If you are looking around in this area you are likely not looking in the right spot.
