Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason this printer will not appear when I try to add a printer in Windows 10.

It works via ethernet and has been for some time. I think it will work via USB with my MacBook Pro  - I haven't tested it for sure. but I think it has in the past.

I downloaded this file

HP LaserJet Pro P1100, P1560, P1600 Series Full Feature Software and Driver at this page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-LaserJet-P1600-Printer-series/4110408/model/4110...

When I double click to install it just extracts. See this gif. Should it do anything more?

I would really appreciate any suggestions.
