Printer failure is the error code.  "There is a problem with the printer or print system.  Turn the printer off, then on.  If you continue to get this message, contact HP.  0x6100004a."

I've turned the printer off and on multiple times and tried to run through just a print of a copy and it always takes me back to this error code.

@jem11, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - 'Printer Failure' Error. If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
