laserjet 1536 dnfMFP

when copying either by feed or on the glass the copied pages are cut off at the edges.  I tried to reset the printer but it still happens.  I also tried changing the paper size to A4 - letter reducing size  but it still happens.  The edges get cut off

The only thing you can do is reset the defaults and try again.  Try to create as generic of a copy as you can after the reset and see if the problem goes away.  A letter paper size monochrome single sided copy to another letter paper size.  Then add in the scenario you are working on to compare what is different between the two.

Page cutoffs are usually the result of a copy settings mismatch.  Those occur when someone makes an adjustment and doesnt tell the next user.  There are zoom and fit settings that can throw off the expected results.  Thats why reseting the defaults is our best option.

After that make sure the paper on the scanner and the print trays match up.  When the printer pulls paper there needs to be a match otherwise the printer is going to make a decision on what should be cut off to fit the page.
