HP Color LaserJet M452nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have HP Color LaserJet M452nw printers deployed in separate remote offices. i'd like to configure each of them to print B&W as the default print option for all users. i hope i can make this edit for all users in the web interface for each printer from my location. i can gain access to each of them thru my network but i don't see a place to make this "print profile" for all users. it may be that i'll have to make this edit at each workstation allowed to print to these units but i hope not. any info would help. thanks in advance

You need a print server to do forced printing preferances.  Then force all of your users to install the printer through the print server.

Nope.

Nope, that is something you do on a print server.

it may be that i'll have to make this edit at each workstation allowed to print to these units but i hope not.

That will work but it will be difficult for you to manage from a central location.  Managing each individual workstation and its preferances is a big pain in the butt.  You want a print server for centralized printing preferance management.
