Hello @Dubii ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not include the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you are using.

This is particularly important, especially in the future, when someone comes across this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best regards

Hello @prabal2 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

I can only repeat what we asked the previous poster.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, or the exact version Partner application you use.

Is this being used in Native Google Mode or Zoom Mode?

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the exact versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

What is the exact issue, and have you contacted Google Support as of yet?

Best regards

Hello @prabal2 ,

So your HP Poly device is in Zoom Provider mode and you are joining via Zoom a GoogleMeet conference and you want to share content via HDMI?

And this fails?

Have you contacted Zoom or Google Support as of yet?

Best Regards
