Product: POLY STUDIO G62

Hello team,

as netgear 4250 PN GSM4210PD seems unavailable on many distributors shelves , could it be replaced with 4250 PN GSM4212P or GSM4210PX ? or is M4250L-V13.0.4.19.stk config file only suitable for 4210PD ?

please be aware that we worked with our Partner Netgear and can update the List as follows:

  • GSM4210PD – Already supported
  • GSM4210PX – Addition
  • GSM4212PX – Addition
  • GSM4212PX – Addition
  • GSM4212UX – Addition
  • GSM4230P – Addition
  • GSM4230UP – Addition
  • GSM4230PX – Addition
  • GSM4248P – Addition
  • GSM4248PX – Addition
  • GSM4248UX – Addition
  • GSM4328PA – Addition
  • GSM4328PB – Addition
  • GSM4316PB – Addition

This list is a short complied list of POE switches but the compatibility and the Poly Profile will be available for the entirety of the Netgear M4250 Series, Netgear M4350 Series, and NetgearM4300 Series Customers can choose the correct POE switch within those series that meets the needs of their deployment.


NOTE: Poly Configuration Profile will not be available on the additional switches until October of 2025 with a Netgear FW update

I tried to check this internally and these are the switches we have tested. For any compatibility or stock questions, I suggest you reach out to Netgear support as they would be the best to answer this.
