HP Poly studio USB

Hello,

 

We recently bought HP Poly studio USB. Today I turned it on for the first time and I got an issue with admin password. It doesn't work the default password should be Polycom12#$). but no luck with that. Tried S/N whole and last 6 digits. even admin and also 1234.

 

Did anybody had this issue before?

 

Manufacturing date is 17/1/2025. 

 

In Czechia we don't have support in our language. So Im trying here first.

Let me check with the product management team. I was under the impression it is the end of manufacturing, so surprised that you have a 2025 unit.
