Hello @netit-cal ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
The Poly Studio X50 running software 3.1.0 does not as of yet support Teams.
We will release soon a 3.1.1 update which brings Teams to the X50
I have no official date for this release as of yet. Please work with your Poly reseller on this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

As a temporary measure whilst waiting for 3.1.1 you could use Poly RealConnect for Microsoft Teams (whilst it doesn't give the full Microsoft Teams experience you can connect to meetings); or USB Device Mode (new feature on the 3.1.0 firmware) with a PC running the Microsoft Teams app.
There are some videos on YouTube showing a preview of the Teams interface.

Yes but it's not a solution for me, I need to do tests and specific configurations because I have an Exchange "On Primise" + Office365 hybridization and my meeting rooms are managed in my local Exchange...so I need the real teams solution...so I'm waiting but it's long....

Hello @Jérémy ,
as outlined via a Poly reseller or a Poly sales contact I believe a beta version could be shared. Als our Partner Microsoft can do this via their TAP.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
