Dear All
Greetings!
My query is that we have ISDN PRI connection with HDX 7000 at one location and IP broadband connection with HDX 7000 at other location.
Is it possible to do video call from ISDN PRI to other location IP connection?
Best Regards,
Gaurav Kalra

Hello Gaurav ,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
If the HDX7000 with the ISDN connection does not have a IP connection then you cannot call the HDX7000 with the IP connection only.
You will need a bridge like an RMX to meet each other.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Dear Mr Steffen
I am so glad to see your response. So its possible to call from ISDN to IP using bridge like RMX
Okay I will go through the datasheets of RMX models and if any problem comes in future , I will definitely put more inputs.
Thanking you very much,
Best Regards

There are some options available to you other than purchasing a bridge. Both solutions I would recommend to you would be hosted options. The first would be to register both your devices on IP (H323 or SIP) to a public facing gatekeeper allowing you to both communicate point to point without any issue. The other would involve a virtual meeting room on a bridge with the number of seats required. Both options are available from the company I work for Interlink Vision and both are considerably cheaper than any other alternative hardware or license key solutions you may look at.
You can pm for more info or even a demo.
