Trio C60

Hi,

C60: 9.1.0.9161
x70: 4.4.2.434042

I am trying to pair the C60 and x70. I followed the guide and C60 is in device mode. The x70 successfully recognized it and is paired. The whole setup works with sound and mic coming from C60.

What I am missing is the connection screen doesn't disappear. I am stuck on the attached screen. I can click on the settings but the device won't display the controller view.

Thanks

Hello @FrenchTouch ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

From our Video FAQ:

May 21, 2024 Question: Configure a Poly Trio Controller mode for Pairing with a Studio X, G62, or G7500?

Resolution: Please check >here<

The above was tested with an earlier version so I am unsure if you either missed a step or it is a bug/untested in PVOS 9.1.0

Try the steps outlined, and if this fails, as you are unable to downgrade from PVOS 9.1.0, open a ticket with Support.

Details are in my signature.

Best Regards

Hello @FrenchTouch ,

I just tested this with a Poly Studio G62 and a Trio C60 running PVOS 9.1.0 and it works fine. The same after an upgrade to PolyOS 4.4.3-438012

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Thanks a lot for this. I installed the firmware via the USB method mentioned in your original reply and tried several resets, but I still haven't had any luck.
I am opening a ticket.
Thanks a lot

I also realized I failed to disclose an essential piece of the stack. I am using Google Meet as a provider.
I just rebooted with Poly as a provider, and it's working well.

The issue is limited to Google Meet.
