I have recently upgrade all my X series to the latest 4.1.3 release and have heard that the volume levels or send have been problematic for the remote end participants.
I recall back on June 5, 2023, there was a posted issue regarding something similar and the fix was to set the Transmission Audio Gain (dB): to around 16 to overcome this problem. I recall the default setting was 2.
Looking at my devices now, I see they've all be set to 0 since being on 4.1.3.
What is the recommended Audio Gain setting?

Hello @sroy_ ,
welcome back to the HP Poly community.
The issue you mentioned, which older posts can be found >here<, was with Microsoft Teams as a provider as our Partner Microsoft had made a change on their end. To my own knowledge, there is no such issue at present.
If no other volunteers reply, and you still struggle I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
