We are trying to control the G7500 with the Mini-Din Rs232 serial port. We tried several pinouts but haven't found a correct pinout of the connector that works. With the Ethernet port it worked fine but we need the Ethernet port free only for the video connection,
At the controller side we have 3 pins (Tx, RX and GND) for a Extron controller
Can somebody help?

I found an older record as I believe the cable is no longer manufactured:
