Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Dear All,

 

Poly  G10-T Video Conference/Collaboration System: Microsoft Teams Codec, GC-8 Touch Controller, Lenovo Thinksmart Tiny, connected with two TVs, with MTR Pro license. I face issue as most of the time its 2nd screen goes blank, i would need to restart it or make a call then only 2nd screen gets up. it happen post windows upgrade done recently.

 

MTR is on Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 20H2 OS build 19042.1288

Teams app version 4.17.51.0

 

Please suggest further action as how it can be resolved.

Is the GC8 running 1.4.1.0.311 and are all display Link Drivers updated?

Dear Steffen

 

GC8 is running with lasted 1.4.1.0.311 and all the drivers are updated, i even updated MTR with all windows patches and now MTR on windows 11. 

 

But having the same issue as after some inactivity second screen goes on idle and it requires restart or kind of call initiation so second screen comes up.

 

Customer want both of the screen to be available all the time.
