We have an intermittent issue with a Poly Studio X30 that is either missing appointments or ends up not having the JOIN button for meetings that are scheduled. The meetings are all internal, being set up by the user's assistant. According to her, this only started happening the past two months. Previous to this, there were no issues. This device runs through Poly Connect to initiate the Teams meetings and only this one (out of 20+) has the issue. 

 

Also, the user ends up having a ton of invites throughout the day. Does anyone know if there is a hard limit for the day? Can appointments overlap as well?

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

i would suggest you upgrade to a currently supported version like 4.1.3 and then re-test.

Is the user actually scheduling it as a teams meeting or perhaps they forgot to include the meeting link?

She stated she set up all the meetings same and verifies there's a link each time.

Can you get access to the calendar and double check it?

I verified the calendar invites she's been setting up. All look good except there are timeslots that 'overlap' by 5-10 minutes for each appointment. Not sure if that is what is causing the issue.

 

I also updated the poly to 4.1.3-394009 successfully yesterday. Now I'm waiting to hear if the issue continues.

Hi M1stTechAK, maybe I missed it but in which mode is the Poly X30 running?
If it is Teams, there are room setting to configure. And when send do you receive a acceptance from the room?

The provider mode is in Poly. We are looking at moving towards being Teams provided, but not yet. I still wonder if it's the constant stacking and overbooking of appointments. Has anyone run into that before?
