Hello! Does any body know what is the process for license activation for rpg codecs after moving from poly to hp?

 

Recently , I used this instruction from poly

now, it does not work.

 

any ideas ?

I am not in charge of any changes.

 

I volunteer in this community and my day role is in product support engineering. I had created the FAQ as a volunteer in the past to get to the recovery section easier.

 

This has changed since HP moved the content and I can only suggest you contact either the reseller the unit came from and/or our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
