How are you using this? What application are you using? For example, PhotoBooth or Facetime cannot use more than 1920x1080. This is a restriction of the App so no other cable will address this.
I added some detail to the FAQ, using OBS Pro open Source will be able to use the full 4K with the camera if it displays the same 3840x2160 resolution using the Poly Lens Desktop app.
if it does not you would need to check the cable and ensure no USB Hub or USB-A to USB-C converter is being used.

Hello @ragnarh
as long as the Poly Lens Desktop app shows the full 4K resolution other apps "should" be able to use it.
If Poly Lens Desktop does not show it you can investigate the cable or the connection.
For everything else I suggest you work with our Support Team in your region.
