For Poly studio P009 if update Now button on Software Updates page is enabled when does the update actually happen? Can this upgrade be scheduled to happen outside business hours?

 

What is the difference between the above and enabling "Use Latest Available Version" option in Software Update Tab?

Hello @NS106 ,

 

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

We assume you are either either using Poly Lens Desktop or Poly Studio to update the device. The update will happen straight away on the PC / Apple Mac you are using to do so

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

What happens if  "Use Latest Available Version" option in Software Update Tab is enabled? Does it schedule the update for after Business hours?

You have not shared how the device is connected and/or if you are using Poly Lens Cloud.

Device is connected to the network. The above options are on lens.poly.com. which is Poly lens cloud
