Hello

I have a problem with the newly purchased POLYCOM Trio 8500 + VESA + video set, configured for VOIP connections, has an external ip address assigned everything works OK if we dial in from any application installed on the computer, e.g. lifesize, after selecting an external ip address everything works.

But when trying to connect from another polycom (on adress ip) there is a problem.
The question is what ports are to be unblocked on the router (currently we have 5060 unblocked) and lifesize works, maybe with polycom you need some other polycom?

Hello @Przemko

I just added this to the linked post:

The Admin Guide for Poly Phones includes all ports used. The Poly Trio as an example has all >inbound< and >outbound< ports listed.
