Dear All ,
We would like to know if it's possible to replace the TC8 and external micpod of a X50 in Teams mode and replace those 2 accessories with only a Trio C60?
If yes : no losses using the smaller touchscreen of the C60 ?
Will we need the Teams version of the C60 ?
Pairing in Ethernet only ?
Many thanks

Hello @TL ,
The Trio C60 does not present the same user interface as a TC8 would do. The TC8 runs our Partner Microsofts Team application for tablets.
The Trio C60, once paired with a Studio X, will not run the Microsoft Teams application as it would do as a standalone Teams IP phone. It is in Poly Controller mode when paired with a Studio X and the UI looks like this:
It will be a Microphone and can be the speaker if set in the Studio X

Hello @TL ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
The Trio C60 will not have a Teams interface and uses a remote like app.
The Trio C60 can be openSIP SKU or Microsoft SKU. Once in device mode, it does not matter. The Trio will pair via Ethernet.

Dear Steffen,
Ok so you mean that the trio C60 have a preprogrammed interface , and won't act as a screen like the TC8, right ?
For example, it wont display the same Teams interface, even if we chose the Teams version of the C60 ?
It'll work to control the X50 in Teams mode, but may lose some features by using the C60 interface, right ? (like accepting people, activating the camera tracking or others featrues? )
About the sound part of my question ? The C60 will be able to act like the 2200-69631-001 ?
