Poly announces the release of Poly VideoOS 4.1.3-394009 for Studio X or G7500
This software version can only be found via Poly Lens
NOTE: There is an extra unzip required when downloading from Poly Lens.

What's New
This Poly VideoOS 4.1.4 maintenance release is available for all Poly and partner modes, except Microsoft Teams users who are advised to wait for the upcoming release of Poly VideoOS 4.2.0. For Zoom users operating within complex network setups or secure environments, this release provides a secure upgrade path for enabling certificates and the secure connection of peripheral devices.

Poly VideoOS 4.1.4 contains the following peripherals fixes:

The Poly TC8 touch controller connected to a Poly Studio X video bar in Zoom mode fails to update to a new software version correctly (EN-252967 / EN-252968).

Two Poly TC8 touch controllers show in Zoom Device Manager after update to Poly VideoOS 4.1.3 (EN-253656).
