Hi. If you download this firmware from Lens, you get a zip file containing a JSON file & a DFU file. How do you then go about applying this to an E60 device please? Thanks

It would help if you tell us what your E60 is connected to as officially supported devices should update the E60.

 

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
