Updating your system to Poly VideoOS 1.0.1
After updating your system to Poly VideoOS Lite 1.0.1, observe the following.

You can't use the custom URL or Poly Lens software package to downgrade your system back to Poly VideoOS Lite 1.0.0.

If you need to downgrade your system back to Poly VideoOS Lite 1.0.0, perform a factory reset.
Poly Lens Room Support
Poly Lens Rooms support includes updating and managing your system in Poly Lens Cloud.
At this time, you can't change system settings using Poly Lens Cloud. To change Poly Studio V52 settings, use the system web interface.
