Hi there,
I just wanted to put it out there that we are having an identical issue at my organization. We have 3x X30's, 6x X52's, and 1x G7500. Each of them has a TC10 paired with them. All of them running Teams Rooms. They very recently stopped working (late last week I believe) with direct guest join with Zoom meetings. All of them are updated to the latest firmware.
We are also located in DC (assuming you are as well because of your screenname?). I'm guessing this isn't a location-based issue though!
I will follow along with your progress. If there's anything I can do to help get this issue solved quicker, please let me know!

both of you, and anyone else finding this, should contact our Partner Microsoft via Incident/ICM 555384161 first.
Via a separate ticket, you can try and contact Zoom and mention ZSEE-145702.
This should get you started.

Nice. I'm at L and Connecticut Ave. Huge relief to me as well knowing I'm not alone on this one. This has been a rather large headache over the last few days.
I submitted a report through the Microsoft admin portal with the ICM number mentioned. Will post any updates as I receive them.

Update: My Zoom ticket has a reply:
Hi Adam,
Thanks for your patience.
As per our engineering, there will be a deployment that will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
I will be sending you another email once I have an update from our backend
Silence on the Microsoft ticket.

Recevied the following on Saturday:
"Our backend team confirmed that the issue should be resolved now. For this, kindly try to run a test meeting to see if the issue has been resolved."
I should be able to test this Tuesday. If anyone is in the office tomorrow - please test and report back for our community.
